The Iconostasis of St. Paul's

Iconography plays a vital part in the worship of Orthodox Christians, connecting us mystically to the one God Who alone is worthy to be worshiped, as well as to the saints who shine Christ out from themselves so clearly.

Iconography is a major visual element in the prayer life of the Orthodox Church, which embraces all the senses.
